YOUR JOURNEY · FULL-BODY WELLNESS & PREVENTION
The most powerful time to invest in your health is before you have to.
You feel okay. But okay isn’t the ceiling. Let’s find out what’s actually possible.
OVERVIEW
Feeling fine is not the same as feeling your best. There’s a gap, and most people don’t know till they close it.
Health is about more than treating symptoms when they arise. It's about building a strong foundation that supports your body today and helps protect your health for the future.
Whether you feel generally well and want to stay that way, or you are noticing subtle changes that haven't yet risen to the level of a formal complaint, prevention-focused care offers a deeper understanding of your body. It is the ideal approach if a complex family history inspires you to take a more proactive stance on your health than a standard annual physical provides. By identifying subtle imbalances early, we help you make informed, intentional decisions that protect your long-term well-being.
Our goal is to help you optimize your daily energy and performance, shifting the focus from reactive treatment to proactive health. We want you to feel thoroughly empowered, resilient, and confident in your body at every stage of life.
SIGNS YOU MAY BENEFIT FROM THIS JOURNEY
You don’t need to have a specific diagnosis or major health concern to benefit.
Most patients who come to us for proactive care still have a few things they've normalized, managed around, or filed under "getting older." If any of these sound familiar, you may benefit from this journey.
WHY IT MATTERS & OUR APPROACH
Prevention-focused care is about identifying opportunities for improvement early, strengthening the foundations of health, and helping your body function at its best.
Proactive isn't passive. Taking a thorough look at your health when you feel okay gives us something a crisis appointment never can: a baseline, time to act, and the ability to make changes before they're urgent. The patients who age best are almost always the ones who started paying attention before they had to. This journey is about building a foundation that holds.
At Tangible Health, we believe that wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Through personalized assessments, education, and evidence-informed care, we help you identify opportunities to support your health before small concerns become larger challenges.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions we hear the most about full-body wellness & prevention care.
-
Prevention-focused care looks at the factors that influence long-term health, including nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and lifestyle habits. The goal is to identify potential concerns early and support your health before problems arise.
-
Your annual physical screens for disease. A naturopathic wellness visit assesses health, which is a different thing. We use a broader range of functional tests, spend significantly more time on your history and lifestyle, and build an individualized plan rather than a population-level recommendation. Most patients find the two approaches complement each other well.
-
No. Prevention-focused care can be beneficial at any age. Building healthy habits and addressing risk factors early can help support long-term health and well-being.
-
That's exactly when it's most valuable. Feeling fine often means sub-clinical dysfunction that hasn't yet crossed into symptomatic territory. Catching and addressing these patterns early, before they produce a diagnosis, is the entire point of preventive care. Most patients who come to us for a wellness baseline find at least one or two things worth addressing that they hadn't been looking at.
-
Family history tells us where to focus. For cardiovascular risk, we assess and address modifiable factors: inflammation, blood sugar regulation, lipid optimization, blood pressure, and lifestyle variables. For cancer prevention, we focus on the inflammatory and metabolic drivers that most influence risk. None of this replaces your conventional screening schedule, it complements it.
The best time to invest in your health was yesterday. The second best time is now.
