Starting your wellness journey is a big step. Here are the things people often want to know before starting.

Most extended health benefit plans in Ontario cover naturopathic care — typically $300–$1,000 per year. We recommend checking your plan details before your first visit. We provide receipts for all appointments that you can submit directly to your insurer.

No referral is needed. You can book an appointment directly with us.

Absolutely. We work collaboratively alongside your existing healthcare team. Many of our patients see both a GP and a naturopath, and we're happy to communicate with your other providers when appropriate.
