YOUR JOURNEY · DIGESTIVE HEALTH & NUTRITION CARE
Digestive issues are rarely just digestive.
You've tried the diets. You've cut the foods. You've taken the probiotics. And something's still off. Let's find out why.
OVERVIEW
Treating the gut without looking at the whole picture is why most people are still stuck after years of trying.
When digestion isn't functioning optimally, symptoms can affect your daily life, leaving you feeling uncomfortable, frustrated, and unsure of what's causing the problem.
That's because digestive issues are rarely just digestive. They're connected to your immune system, hormones, stress response, microbiome, and your body's ability to absorb the nutrients you're eating.
Digestive health plays a foundational role in your overall well-being. From nutrient absorption and energy production to immune function and hormone balance, the health of your digestive system influences nearly every aspect of your body.
SYMPTOMS YOU MAY BE EXPERIENCING
The symptom you notice isn't always where the problem starts.
Digestive imbalances can present in many different ways. If these have become part of your normal life, it's worth getting to the bottom of them.
Frequent bloating or excess gas
Abdominal or digestive discomfort
Heartburn or acid reflux
Constipation
Diarrhea or loose stools
Irregular bowel movements
Nausea
Symptoms after eating certain foods
Low energy or fatigue
Difficulty maintaining a healthy weight
Unexplained skin changes
Changes in digestion that keep coming back
If digestive symptoms have become part of your normal, they’re worth a closer look.
WHY CONVENTIONAL MEDICINE OFTEN MISSES THIS
"Everything looks normal" doesn't mean you're well.
Conventional medicine is excellent at diagnosing structural problems: IBD, celiac, polyps. Where it falls short is the grey zone: the patients whose scopes and bloodwork come back normal but who are clearly not well.
IBS, SIBO, dysbiosis, and food sensitivities often don't show up in standard testing. Functional testing does. That's often where the answers are.

WHY IT MATTERS & OUR APPROACH
Building health from the inside out.
A healthy digestive system is one of the most important foundations for overall wellness. By addressing the root causes of digestive concerns and creating a nutrition plan that works for your unique body, we help you move toward better energy, improved health, and greater confidence in your daily life.
At Tangible Health, we take a root-cause approach to digestive health and nutrition care. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work to identify and assess underlying imbalances between your digestion and the rest of your body and create personalized treatment plans that target underlying drivers in a structured sequence and support lasting improvements in digestive function and overall wellness.
Assess Properly
A thorough intake plus the functional testing your standard workup didn't include. We find out what's actually happening in your gut.
Connect Gut To Whole Body
We map the links between your digestive symptoms and everything else: energy, skin, mood, immunity.
Treat Systematically
A structured plan that addresses the underlying drivers, not just the symptoms, with realistic timelines for each stage.
WHAT TREATMENT MAY ENTAIL
Each treatment is selected to help support a healthy pregnancy, promote recovery, and optimize both maternal and infant well-being.
Depending on your needs, your prenatal and postpartum care plan may combine any of these following services.
Botanical Medicine
The science of using natural herbs in the form of tinctures or dried herbs, individually formulated to treat health conditions.
Clinical Nutrition
Food and targeted nutritional strategies used therapeutically, grounded in your testing and your specific picture rather than trends.
Lifestyle Medicine
A look at how you eat, move, sleep, and handle stress. Not a generic protocol, but a realistic, sustainable plan built around your actual life.

From everyday discomfort to complex, chronic gut issues that haven't responded to conventional treatment.
Our digestive health & nutrition care plans are designed to support a wide range of conditions.
HOW IT WORKS
Gut healing follows a sequence. There are no shortcuts that stick.
Most patients move through four phases. We walk you through each one, with clear milestones along the way.
01 Reduce The Burden
Calm inflammation and remove what's aggravating your gut, from triggering foods to overgrowths.
02 Restore Microbiome
Rebuild a healthy, diverse microbiome that supports digestion, immunity, and mood.
03 Heal The Lining
Repair the gut lining and restore the barrier that keeps inflammation and reactions in check.
04 Reintroduce foods
Bring back foods you've avoided, so your diet stops shrinking and starts widening again.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions we hear the most about digestive health & nutrition care.
-
Elimination diets address reactions to food, they don't address why those reactions are happening. If your gut lining is compromised, your microbiome is imbalanced, or you have SIBO, removing foods provides temporary relief at best. We identify the underlying driver and treat that. Most patients find they can reintroduce many foods they've avoided for years, once the gut is properly healed.
-
Yes, and this is the most common situation we see. "Normal" on a scope or standard bloodwork means the structural integrity of your gut is intact. It doesn't tell us anything about your microbiome, intestinal permeability, motility, or the functional state of your digestion. We use different tests that look at these things, and that's often where the answers are.
-
No. Come as you are. Changing your diet before your first consultation can actually make it harder for us to get an accurate picture. Bring your food diary if you have one, and be honest about what you're eating. That information is valuable.
-
Yes, and the two are frequently connected. Gut dysbiosis, insulin resistance, and nutrient malabsorption all affect weight and metabolism. We don't take a calorie-restriction approach. We address the underlying factors making weight management difficult, and the weight often responds as a result.
-
It depends on how long the problem has been there and what's causing it. Most patients notice real improvement within the first 4–6 weeks. Full restoration, the kind where you can eat a normal, varied diet without symptoms, typically takes 3–6 months. We structure care in phases and set clear milestones so you always know what we're working toward.
Putting wellness back into your own hands. Let’s get you back to tangible health!
