YOUR JOURNEY · FERTILITY CARE
Build the foundation for your fertility.
Whether you’re preparing your body before you start trying, navigating difficulty conceiving, or looking for answers after months without success, there’s a place for you here.
OVERVIEW
Fertility is one of the most layered areas of health we work with.
The factors that influence your ability to conceive go far beyond what a standard fertility workup typically looks at.
Hormonal balance, thyroid function, nutrient status, cycle regularity, sperm health, stress, sleep, gut health- all of it feeds into the picture. When something’s off in any one area, it can affect your fertility without ever showing up as a named diagnosis.
Naturopathic fertility care doesn’t replace reproductive medicine. It builds the foundation underneath it, optimizing your health so that when conception happens, your body is truly ready.
SYMPTOMS YOU MAY BE EXPERIENCING
Fertility challenges rarely come with one clear explanation.
Individually, these can seem manageable. Together they tell a story. If any are part of your experience, you may be missing part of the picture and will benefit from fertility care.
Irregular or absent menstrual cycles
Difficulty identifying or tracking ovulation
Painful periods
Low energy or burnout
Ongoing stress or sleep disruption
Difficulty conceiving
Unexplained fertility challenges
Recurrent pregnancy loss
Concerns about egg quality or ovarian reserve
Male fertility concerns
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to start. You just need to want to give this the best possible chance.
WHY IT MATTERS & OUR APPROACH
Fertility care is an interconnected journey here built for two people, not one.
At Tangible Health, our approach focuses on cultivating the healthiest environment possible for conception while fiercely supporting your overall well-being. Because both partners play an integral role in the conception process, we believe both will benefit immensely from intentional preparation.
We begin by capturing a comprehensive picture of each individual's health, allowing us to identify underlying obstacles and build a tailored, actionable plan to address them.
Assess Both Partners
Understand the factors that may be impacting fertility, including hormone balance, nutrition, stress, thyroid function, and lifestyle habits.
Personalized Fertility Plan
We develop individualized treatment plans based on your health history, current concerns, fertility goals, and timeline.
Integrative Support
We combine naturopathic and integrative therapies to support reproductive health, optimize fertility, and complement conventional fertility treatments.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions we hear the most about fertility care.
Here are the things people often want to know about fertility care. Our clinic is always here to help you with answering questions whenever needed. Feel free to contact us.
-
Yes, and there's a growing body of research to support it. We work by addressing the underlying factors that influence conception: hormone balance, egg and sperm quality, cycle regularity, nutrient status, and stress response. These directly affect your chances, and they're addressable. We don't promise outcomes, but we can give your body a significantly better foundation.
-
We strongly recommend it. Fertility is a shared biology. Male factor issues account for roughly 40–50% of fertility challenges, and many go unaddressed because the focus tends to fall on the female partner. Optimizing both partners gives you the best possible chance, and it's often where the most overlooked improvements are found.
-
It does, and many reproductive specialists actively encourage it. During an IVF cycle we typically focus on improving egg and sperm quality in the 90 days before retrieval, supporting uterine receptivity, managing stress, and supporting recovery afterward. We coordinate with your specialist and make sure everything is compatible with your protocol.
-
It's not too late, and a year of trying without success is exactly the kind of situation this care is built for. We'll look at what you've already tried, identify what hasn't been assessed yet, and build a plan that addresses the gaps. Many of our fertility patients come to us after months or years of trying and find things that were missed.
-
At minimum, plan for 90 days, one full egg and sperm development cycle. Many couples try to conceive during this period, and some do. Others need more time, particularly if there are structural or hormonal factors involved. We'll give you a realistic picture at your first consultation based on your specific situation.
Putting wellness back into your own hands. Let’s get you back to tangible health!
